Spa Etiquette & Advice

Bookings:
Booking your spa visit early will help you get the treatment and time you desire.

Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. There will be a 25% service charge applied to all missed appointments or those cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Punctuality:
Your experience begins when you walk through our door. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Allow yourself this luxury to unwind and we promise it will only enhance your treatment.

Gratuities:
Spa treatments do not include gratuities. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. You may leave a cash tip with your therapist or technician at the end of your session, or if you are paying by cash you may include it with your payment. Gratuities may not be paid with bank or credit cards.
