KIM VIDYA, RTY, RHN will be joining Exhale Spa on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays offering Yoga classes, semi-private, or private yoga!
Kim is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance, as well as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Natural Health Practitioner and Vipassana Meditator. The training Kim has in yoga, meditation and nutrition is filled with deep meaning. Having spent over 10 years studying, delving deeper into methods for healing mind and body from the inside out, classes relect the intuitive guidance required to guide you toward a healthier and happier way of life. During classes, a joyful presence gently nudges you where you need to be nudged. Your progress and inspiration come from the fruits of you own efforts. Together, we create the class with the combined energies of all students involved.
With the focus on purification of the body and mind, Kim draws wisdom from the Great masters of classical yoga, as well as her studies of anatomy, nutrition, reiki, and meditation, giving the class a deeply holistic edge.
Classes are brimming with nurturing fun, and offer challenges for those of all levels - male or female. Classes are kept small so that individual attention and care may be given to each student.
Please contact our Yoga instructor, Kim Vidya for further information.
